FRMS will hold our 8th grade promotion ceremony this Monday, June 9th beginning at 6:30 PM. We will be promoting 99 8th grade students. We will also be recognizing our award winning students. 28 students will be recognized for outstanding academic performance having maintained a GPA of 3.5 or higher throughout their time at FRMS. We had 34 students earn Outstanding Citizenship Awards. Those 34 students had no referrals, detentions, or bus citations throughout their career at FRMS. We also had 20 students who maintained 90% or greater attendance all three years at FRMS.     
           In addition to the awards above, we have 18 students selected by 8th grade teachers to receive subject area awards, including our two students who will received Student of Year recognition. We are very proud of this 8th grade class and can't wait to celebrate them Monday night.
