FRMS Students will be taking part in vision screenings on Thursday, September 25th. Members of the Lions Club and other trained volunteers will be conducting the vision screenings required by schools under Oregon law. The screening will take just a few minutes and families will be notified if the results indicate a need for follow up care. Families who want to opt their child out of the vision screening should fill out the attached Opt Out form  and return it to the office.
