This is just a heads up to families that the first quarter will end Thursday, October 30th. Now is a good time for students to check in with their teachers to make sure that any missing or incomplete assignments get finished and turned in. Different teachers will have different deadlines for assignments. Encourage your student to use their planner to record missing assignments, check them off when they get completed/turned in, and note the deadlines teachers may have for turning in work. Additionally they should use their planners to record due dates for projects or test dates. With the quarter ending on Thursday, there will be no school for students on Friday, October 31st so that teachers have a work day for grading and planning purposes.
