Throws Clinic Coming to Elmira High School on June 14

Athletes, coaches, and parents are invited to attend a special Throws Clinic on Sunday, June 14 at Elmira High School from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
What to Expect
- Instruction in all 4 throws events
- Q&A sessions throughout the clinic
- Opportunities for athletes, parents, and coaches to learn together
- Experienced coaching and technical guidance
The clinic will feature instruction from Max Lydum, a Division I college coach and former Oregon Duck thrower, bringing high-level experience and insight to athletes looking to improve their performance.
Registration Information
- Athletes: $40
- Coaches: $30
